Key Responsibilities

 Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and non-technical roles. Manage the complete hiring funnel from job posting to offer rollout.

 Onboarding & amp; Employee Lifecycle: Facilitate seamless induction programs for new hires, ensuring they are equipped for success from day one. Manage exit formalities and offboarding procedures.

 HR Operations & Payroll Management:



Maintain accurate employee records, track daily attendance, manage leave balances, and process monthly payroll efficiently.

 Employee Engagement: Address employee grievances proactively,

organize team-building initiatives, and foster a positive workplace culture.

 Policy Compliance: Ensure company operations adhere to internal policies and standard labor regulations.

Who We Are Looking For:

 2 to 4 years of proven, hands-on experience in HR operations and recruitment, preferably within the technology sector.

 Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,

or a related discipline.

 Strong proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter) and modern HRMS/Payroll software.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

 Ability to thrive in a fully on-site work environment.
