Looking for immediate Human Resources Employee Relation Executive.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in Employee Relations, with experience in employee grievance handling, employee engagement, retention management, employee counselling, and disciplinary management.
- Fluency in English, strong communication skills, active listening, problem-solving, conflict resolution, employee grievance handling, employee counselling, interpersonal skills, and employee relationship management.
Qualification :Graduate Shift timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Sunday weekly off)
