Job Summary
We are looking for a highly responsible and hands-on HR & IT Recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end IT recruitment, HR operations, administration, statutory compliance, employee coordination, and other responsibilities assigned by the management.
The ideal candidate should be capable of working closely with the CEO/Management as a trusted support resource, handling confidential matters, coordinating multiple activities, and ensuring that HR, recruitment, administration, and compliance functions are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End IT Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requirement to candidate joining.
- Understand job requirements and prepare/review Job Descriptions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Conduct candidate screening and initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
- Handle salary discussions, negotiations, offer preparation, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and recruitment status.
2. HR Operations
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Handle joining formalities, employee documentation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR letters, communications, policies, and other employee-related documents.
- Coordinate attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee benefits.
- Support performance management, appraisal processes, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
- Ensure proper HR documentation and confidentiality of employee information.
3. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate and monitor PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, TDS, Labour Welfare Fund, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Maintain statutory records and documentation.
- Coordinate with external consultants, payroll teams, auditors, and government authorities whenever required.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and payments.
- Keep management informed about important changes in applicable labour regulations.
4. Administration & Facility Management
- Independently handle day-to-day office administration activities.
- Coordinate office facilities, housekeeping, security, maintenance, vendors, stationery, and other administrative requirements.
- Manage vendor coordination and service agreements.
- Monitor office infrastructure and ensure a smooth working environment.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, meetings, events, and other administrative requirements as assigned.
- Maintain administrative records and track office-related expenses.
5. CEO / Management Support
- Work closely with the CEO as a personal and professional support resource for HR, administrative, operational,
and other management-assigned activities.
- Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with a high level of discretion.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, follow-ups, documentation, and communications as required.
- Prepare reports, presentations, trackers, letters, and other documents for the CEO.
- Follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders on assignments given by the CEO.
- Take ownership of special projects and assignments entrusted by the management.
- Ensure timely completion and follow-up of tasks without requiring continuous supervision.
- Act as a reliable coordination point between the CEO, employees, vendors, candidates, and other stakeholders.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Good knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Practical understanding of statutory compliance and labour laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assignments.
- Mature, professional, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work directly with senior management/CEO.
- Willingness to take up responsibilities beyond conventional HR functions when required.
