About the Job:
- Shortlisting of Right candidate as per the JD
- Scheduling with Candidate and concerned manager
- Interview & hire the right candidates as per the JD and business requirements.
- Offer letter and onboarding process to be guided for employees
- Rules and Regulations, and the Company's guidelines to be shared with Employees
- Identify the training and development needs of all the departments
- Organize training materials and oversee training programmes.
- Communicating employee progress to direct Supervisors/Managers/TLs.
- Designing tests to measure employees' competency as per organizational standards.
- Evaluating feedback from staff members about the efficiency of training procedures.
- Determine and recommend changes to the internal standards, Code of Conduct
- Team restructuring as per business needs
- Establish and implement orientation and training programmer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or postgraduate qualification in HR is preferred.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment and employee management.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire and maintain relationships with high-value clients and manage HR projects effectively.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills essential for effective HR management.
- Passion for understanding workplace dynamics and contributing to organizational culture, with an appreciation for how design and environment impact employee engagement and productivity.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
