HR Business Partner

BMC Helix is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (5+ years) to join our India team, partnering with senior leaders across multiple business units. We are looking for a strategic and hands-on professional with solid business partnering, coaching, and program management capabilities to drive people strategies aligned with business priorities.

This role will lead HR initiatives at the India site and act as a trusted advisor across areas such as talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, performance, compensation, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain effective working relationships across all relevant teams within BMC Helix




- Partner with business and functional leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive business outcomes
- Collaborate with all levels of management to ensure timely and effective delivery of HR programs and initiatives
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters with professionalism and sound judgment
- Support organizational design and change management initiatives
- Lead and project manage key HR programs and strategic initiatives
- Ensure consistent implementation of corporate HR policies, programs, and procedures
- Uphold and promote corporate values, legal compliance, and HR governance standards

Qualifications & Skills

- Postgraduate degree in HR or related field preferred
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Proven ability to operate in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
- Data-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
- Broad HR expertise across core disciplines (ER, staffing, rewards, L&D;)
- Exposure to global HR practices is an advantage

At HELIX we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 1,737,400 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets;

experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

The salary listed is just one component of HELIX's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
