Requirements

● Qualification: MBA (HR) / MSW / MLW / MHRM / HR Certification

● Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience (Freshers from the HR field may apply)

● Location: Rajkot (HO)

Responsibilities

● Understanding the Man-Power Requirements

● Online Portal data management and CV contingency

● Coordination with short-listed candidates in recruitment

● Documentation and Data Management for recruitment

● Talent Acquisition activities

● Coordinate with different agencies for advertisements and costing of newspapers

● Posting of vacancies on LinkedIn / Social media / any Job portals

● Conducting College Campus interviews.

● Visiting and coordinating with various educational institutes

● Recruitment Drive for different branches and visiting branches for Recruitment activities

● Relationship management with Man Power consultants,



generating agreements with new consultants as per the need

● Buffer CV's & Contingency

● Reference checking and background verification activities when needed

● Documentation for Offer letter and Appointment order as per timeline

● Turn Around Time for recruitment

● Question Bank for examination

● Coordination of various other HR activities

● Employee engagement activities and event coordination

● General HR operational tasks when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
