Required qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in an HR role, with knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, and employment law.
- Should have solid experience in Macros.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and empathetic support to employees.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement in HR practices.
