Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and guest satisfaction throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.

- Allocate rooms, public areas, and other cleaning duties to team members.

- Inspect guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.

- Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, and presentation of guest rooms and facilities.

- Monitor room status and coordinate with the Front Office for room readiness and updates.

- Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and company policies.

- Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of housekeeping equipment and chemicals.

- Monitor linen, uniforms, amenities, and housekeeping supplies and report shortages to the concerned department.

- Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints professionally and promptly.

- Maintain housekeeping checklists, inspection reports, and daily records.

- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene,



and hotel operating standards.

- Report maintenance issues and damages identified during room inspections to the Engineering Department.

- Support the Executive Housekeeper/HOD in maintaining departmental discipline and smooth operations.

Requirements

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role.

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or a relevant qualification preferred.

- Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, and hotel operations.

- Robust leadership, communication, and team-management skills.

- Good attention to detail and organizational abilities.

- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Professional attitude with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
