Location: Smt. Durgabai Lohia Girls Hostel, Narayan Peth, Pune

Vacancies: 2 - Full Day Shift / Night Shift

We are looking for a responsible, disciplined and caring Female Hostel Warden to manage the day-to-day operations and ensure the safety, discipline and well-being of hostel residents.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure safety, security and discipline of hostel residents.
- Supervise daily hostel activities and maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment.
- Maintain attendance, in/out records and visitor records.
- Monitor hostel timings, entry/exit and adherence to hostel rules.
- Address residents' concerns, complaints and day-to-day requirements.
- Coordinate with parents/guardians when required.
- Handle emergencies and coordinate with appropriate authorities/services when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper upkeep of hostel premises.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance and other support staff.
- Maintain hostel registers, records and basic administrative documentation.




- Monitor food quality and coordinate regarding residents' food-related requirements.
- Report any disciplinary, safety or maintenance issues to management promptly.
- Ensure proper implementation of hostel rules, policies and procedures.
- Perform other hostel administration duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate / equivalent qualification preferred.
- Female candidates only.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior hostel, residential facility, administration or warden experience will be preferred.
- Responsible, disciplined and mature personality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle students/residents patiently and professionally.
- Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies and take appropriate decisions.
- Willingness to stay at the hostel as per assigned shift.
