Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in gurgaon, responsible for overseeing interior project execution at client locations. This role coordinates daily activities among design teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and according to design specifications.

The Site

Supervisor monitors quality of workmanship and materials, manages site documentation, and enforces safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities include resolving on-site issues,



communicating project status to stakeholders, and supporting timely installation of modular solutions, custom furniture, and other interior elements. The role requires regular interaction with clients to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure a smooth project delivery experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in site supervision, project coordination, and construction or interior fit-out management.
- Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder communication, client handling, and team collaboration.
- Candidates should possess skills in time management, scheduling, and basic budgeting or cost tracking.
- Candidates should possess skills in quality control, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Diploma or degree in interior design, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience supervising interior or construction projects on-site is highly beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, and project documentation is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
