- Provide professional nursing care to patients at home as per the care plan.
- Monitor vital signs, patient condition, and changes in health status.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed.
- Provide care for patients requiring tracheostomy, catheterization, Ryles tube feeding, ventilator support, wound care, and other clinical procedures, as applicable.
- Maintain proper nursing documentation and patient records.
- Assist patients with daily activities, hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.
- Coordinate with doctors, supervisors, and family members regarding the patient's condition.
Preferred candidate profile
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / ANM as per role requirements.
- Valid nursing registration.
- Experience in hospital, ICU, critical care, or homecare preferred.
- Valuable clinical knowledge and communication skills.
