- Supervise hostel students and maintain discipline.
- Monitor attendance, entry/exit, and hostel activities.
- Address students concerns and coordinate with parents/college authorities when required.
- Ensure hostel rules, safety, cleanliness, and security are maintained.
- Handle emergencies and maintain necessary hostel records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
Preferred candidate profile Valuable communication, interpersonal and administrative skills. Prior experience in managing a hostel/institutional residential facility will be preferred.
