SUMMARY

Hiring: Technical Support Associate International (US) Process, Kolkata Work from Office, Salary upto 3.50lpa

Location: [Kolkata]

Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

Shift: 24 7 Rotational (including night shifts)

Joining: Immediate or within 15 days

About the Role

We are hiring smart and energetic Technical Support Associates to join our US-based process. If you have good communication skills, basic technical understanding, and are ready to work in a dynamic workplace this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle technical support queries from international customers
- Provide prompt resolutions via calls and emails
- Maintain high-quality customer experience and professionalism in every interaction Requirements- Education:



Undergraduate / Graduate / Postgraduate (B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA)

- 1year and above experience candidates can only apply for this role.

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Basic technical knowledge is a must
- Immediate joiners or max 15 days’ notice

Benefits

CTC upto 3.50 lpa. (based on experience) Includes night shift allowance (up to 3,000/month)

One-way cab facility as per company policy
