Hiring: L2 Application & Infrastructure Support Lead.

Role Summary A technically solid, mature and highly communicative L2 Support Lead is required to own end-to-end technical support of the Banking NPA Management Solution.

The role guides two L1 teams (Application and Infrastructure), coordinates with L3/Product Development, DBA, Security and specialist teams, and acts as the primary technical SPOC for Bank.

Location: On-site – Banking Project/ BKC , Bandra/ MUMBAI

Experience: 4+ Years

Joining: Immediate Budget - 8 LPA

Level: Senior L2 / Tech LeadIndustry Preference: BFSI / Banking / NBFC

Key Skills Required

Strong experience in L2 Application / Production Support.

Hands-on knowledge of Node.js, React.js & REST APIs

Strong Oracle DB & PL/SQL skills with SQL/data validation

Experience troubleshooting application services, schedulers & application logs

Good knowledge of Linux, VM, monitoring, deployment & server health

Understanding of firewall, ports,



ACL, proxy, DNS & SSL/TLS

Experience with P1/P2 incidents, SLA management & RCAKnowledge of CBS, REST/SOAP, SFTP, SSO/IDAM & SAML integrations.

Ability to coordinate with L1, L3, DBA, Security & Product teams.

Strong communication skills with confidence in handling senior banking stakeholders.

Role Focus The candidate will own end-to-end technical support, coordinate L1 teams, manage critical incidents, drive RCA and permanent fixes, and act as the primary technical SPOC for Bank

Preferred

Experience in NPA, Loan Management, Recovery, SARFAESI or CBS will be an advantage.
