Position: Network ACI Engineer

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure.
- Manage and troubleshoot Cisco ACI environments.
- Configure and maintain Routing & Switching technologies.
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability.
- Perform network troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network projects and operational activities.
- Maintain network documentation and adhere to security and compliance standards.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Routing & Switching.
- Extensive experience with Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure).
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, and HSRP/VRRP.
- Experience with Cisco Nexus switches and data center networking.
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Network Operations & Incident Management
- Handle escalations from L1 support teams and provide timely resolution.
- Monitor and manage day-to-day network operations.




- Perform incident analysis, reporting, troubleshooting, and closure within SLA timelines.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem management activities.

Cisco ACI Administration
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco ACI environments.
- Support fabric infrastructure, tenants, VRFs, bridge domains, contracts, and endpoint groups (EPGs).
- Monitor ACI health and performance to ensure network availability and reliability.

Configuration & Troubleshooting
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and SDN infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, routing, switching, and performance issues.
- Implement network changes following change management procedures.

Eligibility
- Minimum 5 years of relevant networking experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering/Technology.
- Candidates who can join within 15 days will be preferred.

Location Requirement
- Must be willing to work from Mumbai.
