Experience: 6 Months - 1 Year

Locations: Hyderabad Bangalore

Openings: Voice | Non-Voice | Chat Support | Email Support | BPO | Customer Service

SALARY 2.05 LPA 4 LPA , depending on experience, skills process.

- Working Days: 6 days
- Shifts: Day shifts
- Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred

Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Communicate with customers through voice, chat or email
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining service quality
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach
- Follow company processes, quality standards and performance guidelines

ELIGIBILITY

- Candidates with 6 months 1 year of experience can apply




- Valuable communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in day shifts
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred
