Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Project Manager to manage and support technical and project management activities throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves coordination with US-based Project Managers and project teams, project administration, change orders, submittals, estimation, resource planning, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage technical and engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate regularly with US-based Project Managers and project teams .
- Handle project management, change orders, submittals, and project administration .
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Oversee 2D overlays, estimation, and project engineering activities .
- Support manpower, hours, and resource planning for project execution.
- Maintain QA/QC standards and project documentation.




- Manage project documentation and document management applications.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for team members and trade partners.
- Maintain effective coordination between India and US teams .
- Take ownership of project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of relevant construction/project management experience .
- Experience with reputed construction/engineering companies preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications .
- Hands-on experience in Change Order and Submittal Management .
- Solid knowledge of project administration and construction practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace .
- Experience with Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, or estimation software is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills .
- Strong leadership, ownership, accountability, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
