Role Description The Heating and Air Conditioning Engineer will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and client specifications. Day-to-day tasks include preparing HVAC layouts and drawings, performing load calculations, selecting equipment, and coordinating with design and construction teams to integrate HVAC solutions into overall project plans.

The role involves conducting site inspections, overseeing installation activities, troubleshooting system issues,



and supporting maintenance and repair work to ensure reliable performance. The engineer will also collaborate with project managers and clients, prepare technical documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and standards. This is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in HVAC Engineering and practical experience with HVAC systems across residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in HVAC Design, including load calculations, equipment selection, and system layout planning.
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for preparing and reviewing HVAC drawings and documentation.
- Skills in Maintenance & Repair of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning equipment, including diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety standards, and energy efficiency practices for HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction plans, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in dynamic project environments.
