Role & responsibilities

1. Lead and Manage Business, Operations and P&L; for the State.
2. Identifying and exploring ways to initiate cost control measures and recent business opportunities to enhance the growth.
3. Exploring and developing PPP and Private market with cash business to strike a balance of healthy cash flow.
4. Responsible for collection of the Receivables within the stipulated period and to ensure that the receivables are within the stipulated period /ageing.
5. Planning, organizing and managing all medical and nonmedical operations of the State.
6. Work in close collaboration with clinical & non-Clinical functions to ensure delivery of Diagnostics Services as per the quality norms.
7. Manage utmost operating condition of all centres at State level and ensure bare minimum down time throughout there by ensuring uninterrupted services to the patients and reducing the potential revenue loss as well.
8. Build company image by collaborating with customers, Government Agencies, communities, employees and enforcing ethical business practices.
9. Responsible to drive and conduct monthly Governance Meeting with the respective stakeholders and implement the required operational interventions as per the outcome of the meeting.





10.Responsible for implementing and maintaining Patient Feedback Process and conduct regular patient feedback analysis. 11.Ensure effective Implementation of policies and processes as laid down by the organization.

12.Develops and implement policies, procedures and best practices in the administration of Diagnostics with reference to corporate services, medical insurance, material management and facility management.

13.Implement processes, infrastructure and effective management practices to enable and sustain the continual growth and expansion of the company.

14.Continually refine business model using a data-driven approach to gauge impact, monitor performance metrics and create efficiencies.

1. Manage and hold complete responsibility for entire operational performance of the company by creating incentive plan for employees, establishing KRA & KPIs for all individuals, and implementing performance reviews.
2. Oversee all training & development of the team leading to succession planning and retention of potential employees
3. To oversee facility management in coordination with Facility manager (clinical areas and operations)

Preferred candidate profile Must be from Diagnostics or Hospital Backgroud
