DevX is a listed managed office platform — 300+ enterprise clients, 14,000+ daily users, 12+ cities. Our Development Management business partners with landowners to build Grade A+ commercial and industrial assets: the landowner funds construction, DevX manages development, and DevX holds the option to lease the finished asset.
We're hiring the person who owns that sourcing funnel nationally.
What you'll do
Find landowners with development-ready parcels. Convince them the DM model beats an outright sale or building it themselves. Structure the deal — fee model, master lease, governance, exit triggers. Carry it from first conversation to signed mandate yourself.
What we need
- 12–15 years in land acquisition, JDA/DM sourcing, or land aggregation — with a developer, DM/PMC platform, REIT, or advisory
- Mandates you closed directly with landowners, not routed through intermediaries
- Real command of titles, due diligence, JDA/DM structures and master lease mechanics
- A live network of landowners and brokers across multiple Indian markets
- Comfort convincing a family or an institution to commit their own capital
Individual contributor role. No team to hide behind, direct line to the CEO, and extensive travel.
