Qualifications:

- Master’s Degree in Psychology/Counselling Psychology or related field.
- Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience as a School Counsellor, preferably in a CBSE school.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide individual and group counselling to students on academic, behavioural, emotional and social concerns.
- Identify students requiring intervention and maintain confidential counselling records.
- Coordinate with academic heads, teachers, parents and school leadership for student wellbeing and support.
- Conduct sessions on life skills, stress management, emotional wellbeing, cyber safety and related topics.
- Monitor student progress and ensure timely follow-up/referrals or closures wherever required.
- Support the school’s child protection policy,



wellbeing and inclusive education initiatives.
- Should be able to manage the counseling team in terms of work distribution, follow-ups of counseling students, etc.
- Should regularly update herself through training/CBSE traings.
- Conduct parenting sessions for parents
