As a Guest Relationship Executive (GRE), you will be the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers. Your primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional customer experience by managing enquiries, coordinating site visits, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales team throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers and channel partners at the Experience Centre.
- Handle enquiries received through digital campaigns, websites, phone calls, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Ensure a premium customer experience during every interaction.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately in the CRM.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to improve site visits and sales conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and channel partner teams for seamless customer management.
- Ensure the Experience Centre is maintained to premium presentation standards.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to lead response, appointments, and site visits.
- Prepare customer reports and maintain sales documentation.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer relationship and interpersonal skills.
- Professional grooming and presentation.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Any experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Banking, Luxury Retail, Automobile, or Customer Service.
- Prior experience in real estate pre-sales or customer relationship management is preferred.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Hindi is preferred.
- Kannada is an added advantage.
