Malabar gold and Diamonds is seeking a agile and experienced Guest Relation Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage the Floor . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in store management and be capable of leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Role & responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store and floor operations.
- Manage and supervise Guest Relation Executives (GREs) on the sales floor.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, safety, and service etiquette.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth store functioning.
- Lead, motivate,
and guide the Guest Relations team for optimum performance.
- Ensure effective execution of guest engagement and service excellence initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Guest Relation or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, POS systems).
- Preference for candidates residing in or near Thrissur.
- Male and Females candidates preferred.
