Global Security Operations Center Supervisor

Location: Hyderabad, India

We are seeking an experienced Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day delivery of shift operations in the Hyderabad GSOC. This role provides frontline leadership to GSOC Specialists, translates established procedures and manager direction into consistent execution, and coordinates operational response across incident management, alarm and video monitoring, threat intelligence, travel risk, executive protection and event support, quality assurance, and incident reporting. The ideal candidate is an engaged shift leader who can make sound operational decisions, coach employees, maintain standards, and escalate issues appropriately within a 24/7 global operation.

Key Duties

- Shift Leadership and Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate assigned GSOC shifts, allocate daily work, maintain coverage and operational readiness, conduct shift briefings and handoffs, monitor workload and service delivery, and provide real-time coaching, feedback, and direction to GSOC Specialists while escalating staffing, performance, or operational concerns to the GSOC Manager.
- Incident Coordination and Escalation: Coordinate the GSOC response to routine, urgent, and critical incidents by ensuring timely assessment, decision-making within delegated authority, communication, documentation, and follow-through; apply established incident response protocols, escalation matrices, and communication workflows; and coordinate with security, facilities, HR, workplace teams, emergency responders, and other stakeholders while elevating significant decisions to management.
- Alarm Management, CCTV, and Video Analytics: Supervise alarm, CCTV, access control, and video analytics monitoring and response; verify that alerts are assessed and handled in accordance with procedures; identify recurring false alarms, equipment issues, and workflow gaps; coordinate service tickets and follow-up with physical security, facilities, and security technology teams; and use Genetec, Ambient.ai, ServiceNow, and related platforms to track issues and maintain operational visibility.
- Threat Intelligence Operations: Oversee shift-level collection, validation, analysis, and reporting of threat information concerning situations that may affect our people, assets, operations, or reputation; guide the use of Ontic, LifeRaft, TR Clear, Everbridge,



open-source intelligence, and other approved sources; review threat assessments, situational awareness reports, intelligence briefings, and executive summaries for accuracy, relevance, timeliness, and appropriate escalation.
- Travel Risk, Executive Protection, and Event Security Support: Coordinate GSOC support for traveler monitoring and communications, executive protection operations, high-profile visits, company events, and special security activities; ensure assigned monitoring, intelligence, communications, and escalation tasks are completed; maintain operational coordination with Executive Protection, Event Security, Regional Security Managers, HR, travel, and crisis management stakeholders; and elevate emerging risks or service gaps.
- Operational Partnership and Shift Coordination: Maintain effective day-to-day coordination with Regional Security Managers, Enablement Services, facilities, HR, physical security staff, security technology, workplace teams, and other partners; communicate shift priorities, incidents, service issues, and follow-up needs; support consistent execution across APJ, Americas, and other regions; and implement approved system, workflow, and service changes within the GSOC.
- Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, and Incident Reporting: Perform and document quality reviews of phone calls, emails, incident reports, intelligence products, and other GSOC deliverables against established standards and procedures; provide coaching and corrective feedback; identify recurring quality or process gaps and partner with the GSOC Manager and stakeholder teams on practical improvements; and review polished, accurate, timely, and fact-based incident reports before distribution or escalation.

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
2. Certifications: Certifications in security operations or incident management, such as ASIS APP, CPP, or equivalent, are advantageous.
3. Experience:



4+ years of experience in a GSOC or similar security operations role, including experience providing shift leadership, work coordination, coaching, or supervisory support.
4. Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with global security protocols, crisis management practices, incident escalation, and operations conducted in a 24/7 environment.
5. Regional Knowledge: Knowledge of Indian security regulations and practices is a plus.

Required Skills

1. Frontline Leadership and Coaching: Ability to assign work, set shift priorities, monitor execution, conduct effective handoffs, coach employees, reinforce accountability, and maintain a professional and service-focused operating environment.
2. Security Operations and Technology: Proficiency with CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring, and video analytics technologies, including operational use of Genetec, Ambient.ai, ServiceNow, and related monitoring or incident management platforms.
3. Threat Intelligence and Risk Monitoring: Ability to review, validate, analyze, and communicate threat information using Ontic, LifeRaft, TR Clear, Everbridge, open-source intelligence, and related research and

reporting workflows.
1. Microsoft 365 and Operational Communications: Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and the ability to create and review explicit emails, shift summaries, briefings, incident reports, dashboards, and other operational

products.
1. Incident Coordination and Judgment: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, sound judgment within delegated authority, and the ability to coordinate response, make timely operational decisions, and escalate appropriately during routine and high-pressure incidents.
2. Quality and Process Discipline: Strong attention to detail and the ability to evaluate calls, emails, reports, and other work products against procedures; deliver constructive feedback; identify trends; and support sustainable process improvements.
3. Communication and Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with employees, leaders, technical teams, partner functions, and regional stakeholders.
4. Adaptability and Shift Readiness: Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced 24/7 environment and remain flexible for rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
