Employment Type: Contract (40 hours/week)

Location: India (Remote)

Market: United States

Working Hours: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Arizona time

About CFOAF

CFOAF is a U.S.-based tax, accounting and financial advisory firm serving business owners who need more than traditional compliance services.

Our growth strategy is relationship-driven. We believe strong opportunities come from trusted referrals, strategic relationships, founder authority, educational content and consistent follow-up—not simply traffic or impressions.

We are looking for a hands-on Growth & Partnerships Manager who can turn these advantages into repeatable client-acquisition channels.

About the Role

You will help build and execute CFOAF's primary growth channels, with a strong emphasis on:

- Referral, affiliate and strategic partnerships
- Founder-led demand generation and thought leadership
- Lead nurture, CRM and conversion
- Supporting social and content distribution

This is an execution-focused role. You should be comfortable researching potential partners, initiating conversations, managing follow-up, building campaigns, working in the CRM, coordinating content and measuring results. The goal is easy: generate qualified opportunities and build acquisition channels that can scale.

Core Responsibilities 1. Referral, Affiliate & Strategic Partnerships — Primary Ownership

- Build and operate CFOAF's referral and partnership engine.
- Identify high-value referral and partner categories and research potential partners.
- Develop outreach, relationship-building and follow-up strategies.
- Build or improve referral and affiliate programs where appropriate.
- Manage partner pipelines, communications and relationship cadence.
- Develop partner-facing materials and campaigns.
- Create opportunities for introductions, joint webinars, events, content and other collaborations.
- Track partner activity, opportunities and revenue, and identify the relationships producing the strongest results.

We strongly value candidates who have personally built or materially grown referral, affiliate or strategic-partnership channels. 2. Founder-Led Demand Generation & Thought Leadership

- Work directly with CFOAF's founders and subject-matter experts to turn their expertise into demand.

- Identify valuable ideas, insights and topics from the founders.
- Turn their knowledge, speaking, webinars, interviews and observations into reusable campaigns and content.
- Coordinate LinkedIn and other priority channels.
- Develop educational content around the real problems CFOAF's ideal clients face.
- Maintain consistency with CFOAF's positioning, voice and brand.
- Coordinate specialists when design, video or other production support is needed.

The role is not expected to personally be a world-class graphic designer, video editor and copywriter. Specialists may support production where appropriate. 3. Lead Nurture, CRM & Conversion

- Own the marketing-side journey from initial interest to qualified sales opportunity.
- Maintain lead, referral and source tracking in GoHighLevel.
- Build and improve nurture sequences, segmentation and follow-up campaigns.
- Ensure referral, event and marketing leads receive appropriate follow-up.
- Identify stalled opportunities and create re-engagement campaigns.
- Track lead sources and conversion.
- Work with leadership to improve the transition from marketing opportunity to sales conversation.
- Analyze which channels and campaigns produce qualified opportunities and clients.

GoHighLevel experience is preferred; comparable CRM and marketing-automation experience is acceptable. 4. Social & Content Distribution

- Support founder visibility and content distribution across priority channels.
- Maintain a consistent content cadence.
- Repurpose and distribute educational content.
- Use social channels to strengthen relationships and generate conversations.
- Track meaningful engagement and lead activity.

5. Events, Webinars & Relationship Marketing Support the planning and execution of webinars, speaking opportunities and events, including targeting, promotion, lead capture, follow-up, content repurposing and relationship development.

6. Marketing Operations & Growth Projects

Manage growth projects from idea through execution. Coordinate internal team members, contractors or vendors as needed, maintain timelines and priorities, document repeatable processes, and continuously improve campaigns and acquisition systems.

7. Educational & Community Initiatives

Support the development of educational products, communities and platforms such as Skool where they contribute to lead generation, authority, partner enablement, nurture or revenue.

What We Are Looking For Required

- 4+ years of relevant B2B growth, partnerships, business development or marketing experience, ( preferably in a U.S. Accounting & Tax Services industry).
- Experience marketing to U.S. businesses .
- Strong experience with referral marketing, partnerships, affiliates, relationship-based business development or similar acquisition channels.
- Hands-on execution ability—not just strategy or management.
- Experience with CRM, lead nurturing and marketing automation.
- Solid written and spoken English.
- Excellent follow-up, organization and project-management skills.
- Ability to connect marketing activity to qualified opportunities and business results.
- Comfortable working directly with founders and subject-matter experts.
- Strong research, problem-solving and independent execution skills.

Strongly Preferred

Experience marketing within

- Accounting firms
- CPA firms
- Tax advisory
- Bookkeeping
- Fractional CFO services
- Financial advisory
- Legal or other high-trust professional services

Industry experience is heavily weighted because CFOAF's services require a strong understanding of trust-based, expertise-driven client acquisition. Additional valuable experience includes GoHighLevel, LinkedIn/B2B outreach, email marketing, SEO, paid advertising, webinar/event marketing, website conversion, analytics, educational products, Skool or other course/community platforms, content/video production, and managing specialist vendors.

Candidates do not need to be experts in every area.

Why Join CFOAF?

This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership of growth within a growing U.S. professional-services firm. You will work directly with leadership and have the opportunity to build systems, partnerships and acquisition channels rather than simply execute someone else's marketing plan.
