Role & responsibilities

- Drive business growth and profitability by working closely with Giants (store partners).

- Manage and monitor P&L; performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.

- Monitor ordering and replenishment to ensure product availability and minimize stock-outs.

- Conduct and monitor stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy and control.

- Analyse business performance and key metrics using Excel and data-driven insights.

- Identify business gaps and implement initiatives to improve store performance.

- Build strong relationships and collaborate closely with Giants to achieve business targets.

- Understand Giant-level challenges and work with internal teams to develop and implement solutions.

- Track operational and business KPIs and ensure timely corrective actions.

- Drive initiatives focused on revenue growth, operational efficiency, inventory management,



and profitability.

Preferred candidate profile

- Any PG graduate, with MBA preferred

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Fluent in Kannada and comfortable interacting with Giants on a regular basis

- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

- Ability to understand P&L;, business metrics, and profitability

- Good stakeholder management and collaboration skills

- Comfortable working with data, identifying business gaps, and driving corrective actions

- Candidates from non-retail backgrounds are encouraged to apply

- Individuals with a solid business growth and ownership mindset would be preferred
