Job Summary

During your first few years with 3EA, you will serve as a growth analyst on multiple client engagements and work with a number of colleagues and clients in a range of industry and functional areas. 3EA encourages the employees in this role to explore different content areas or geographies through a year-long rotation with one of our domains (e.g., corporate finance, social sector, healthcare, operations) or global offices.

Will conduct financial analysis, financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, advisory, and reporting activities to support business and investment decisions. Strong analytical, financial, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

- Conduct financial research, create financial models, and write business reports.

- Prepare CMA reports, projected balance sheets, and profit/loss statement reports for financial plans (part of business plans).

- Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations.

- Present results to client and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members.

- Provide financial consulting services relating to business valuation for various classes of liabilities and assets, using different valuation techniques and models in accordance with US GAAP, India GAAP, or International Financial Reporting Standards.

- Conduct due diligence and submit a report for corporate/project funding assignments.

- Provide advisory services and assist in restructuring programs and processes and create frameworks to address the issues of clients.





- Assess financial status of clients and analyze investment plans.

- Source and evaluate capital expansion options, including loans and funding.

- Forecast revenues and costs and report any discrepancies.

- Analyze market trends and identify risks and opportunities.

- Manage current and future tax payments.

- Monitor financial procedures and ensure compliance with the law.

- Provide solutions and set goals to increase profitability.

- Review day-to-day transactions to identify areas of improvement.

Qualifications

- An MBA in Finance is a must.

Chartered

Accountant (CA) - Rank Holder is Preferred.

- The candidate should have a minimum of one-two years of relevant experience.

Skills

- Strong analytical and critical thinking/problem-solving skills.

- Business mind-set to understand the rationale behind the transactions.

- Ability and willingness to dive deeper into industry issues.

- Robust computer knowledge and good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Identify and evaluate complex business risks, internal controls and related opportunities for internal control improvement.
