A Group HR Head leads the overall human resources strategy, talent management, and workforce governance across multiple business units, subsidiaries, or regional branches of a large organization.Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Planning: Align human resources goals with corporate business objectives.

- Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, leadership pipeline development, and succession planning.

- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to regional labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal policies.

- Employee Relations: Manage industrial relations, resolve grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.

- Total Rewards: Direct competitive compensation, benefits administration, and performance appraisal frameworks.

Requirements & Qualifications





- Experience: 12 to 20+ years of progressive HR experience, with several years in a senior leadership or group-level role.

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Certifications: Qualified credentials like SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or CIPD are strongly preferred.

- Skills: Strong expertise in change management, stakeholder alignment, data-driven decision-making, and labor law compliance

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
