About the Role

We are looking for a creative and versatile Junior Graphics Designer who can create engaging visual content across social media, digital marketing, video, and general graphic design. The ideal candidate has robust visual fundamentals, a good understanding of social media trends, and the ability to turn ideas into impactful designs.

Key Responsibilities

· Create social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, and campaign creatives.

· Develop creative concepts and ideas for social media and digital campaigns.

· Edit Reels and short-form videos with engaging transitions, typography, graphics, and effects.

· Create marketing collaterals, presentations, website graphics, and other digital assets.

· Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication.

· Research current design and social media trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.

· Collaborate with marketing, UI/UX, and other teams to execute creative requirements.

· Use AI tools to explore concepts, generate visual assets, and improve creative workflows.

· Motion design experience is a plus.

Required Skills





· 2–2.5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design / Visual Design.

· Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.

· Strong experience in social media design and content creation.

· Good understanding of Reels and short-form video editing.

· Strong creative thinking and visual ideation.

· Ability to work independently from a brief and iterate based on feedback.

· Good attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines.

Tools

Required: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, AI Design & Creative ToolsGood to Have: Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other motion/video tools.

Preferred

· Motion graphics / animation experience.

· Experience with IT, SaaS, B2B, or technology brands.

· Understanding of basic UI/UX principles.

· Strong portfolio demonstrating social media, graphic, and video work.
