Job Overview

Career Class is looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, educational creatives, social media posts, promotional videos, reels, and other digital content that represents our brand effectively.

We are looking for someone who has a strong eye for design, understands current social media trends, and can turn ideas into visually appealing and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality graphics, social media posts, banners, posters, thumbnails, advertisements, and promotional creatives.
- Edit engaging videos, reels, short-form content, promotional videos, and educational videos.
- Create visually appealing content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Add transitions, effects, subtitles, sound effects, music, and basic motion graphics to videos.
- Maintain consistency with Career Class branding, colors, fonts, and visual guidelines.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and academic teams to understand creative requirements.
- Develop creative concepts and visual ideas for campaigns, courses, events, and promotions.
- Make revisions based on feedback and deliver projects within deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design, video editing, and social media trends.
- Organize and maintain design files, video footage, project files, and other creative assets.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, or a similar creative role.




- Strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video editing skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar software.
- Valuable understanding of typography, color combinations, layouts, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Good knowledge of video editing, transitions, audio, subtitles, color correction, and basic motion graphics.
- Experience creating content specifically for social media platforms is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into high-quality visual content.
