Shutter Ex Company is looking for a creative and skilled Multimedia Designer with a minimum of 1.5 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, good visualization skills, and the ability to create engaging and high-quality visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Design Instagram posts, stories, banners, promotional creatives, and campaign materials.
- Edit and produce reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and other digital content.
- Edit, retouch, and enhance photographs and visual assets.
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual compositions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand requirements and create relevant content.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity and visual communication.
- Handle multiple design and video-editing projects while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design, social media, and video trends.
- Ensure all creative work meets the required quality and brand standards.

Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition, layout, and design principles.
- Strong creative and visualization skills.
- Ability to create both static graphics and video content.
- Good understanding of social media content formats and trends.




- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing previous graphic design and video-editing work is preferred.

Laptop / System Requirement Candidates must have their own laptop or computer system suitable for professional graphic design and video-editing work.
