Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with product-based industry experience to join our creative team. The candidate should have strong experience in designing product creatives, marketing materials, social media content, advertisements, catalogues, brochures, and other brand assets.

The ideal candidate should understand how to present a product visually, highlight its key features and perks, and create designs that support marketing and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality graphics for product marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Design product creatives for social media, websites, advertisements, and digital platforms.
- Develop product banners, catalogues, brochures, flyers, posters, standees, and presentations.
- Create visually appealing product launch and promotional creatives.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Convert product information and specifications into clear and attractive visual content.
- Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, typography, colours, layouts, and visual identity.
- Create designs for offers, campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product announcements.
- Edit and enhance product images, including background removal, retouching, colour correction, and image manipulation.




- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for various digital and print requirements.
- Coordinate with content and marketing teams to ensure design and messaging are aligned.
- Manage multiple design requirements while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain an organized library of creative files and design assets.
- Stay updated with current design trends, visual styles, and competitor creatives.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Figma / Canva / InDesign will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of product presentation and visual communication.
- Strong knowledge of typography, colour combinations, composition, and layout.
- Experience in photo editing and image manipulation.
- Ability to create designs according to brand guidelines.
- Good attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into effective visual designs.
- Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic designing.
- Prior experience in a product-based company, consumer brand, e-commerce, FMCG, D2C, retail, or similar industry is preferred.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio of product creatives and marketing campaigns will be given preference.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
