Key Responsibilities:

- Train students in Graphic Design from basic to advanced level through practical, industry-oriented sessions.

- Teach tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Canva and other relevant design software.

- Cover design principles, typography, colour theory, composition, branding, logo design and visual communication.

- Train students in creating social media creatives, posters, brochures, advertisements, banners, presentations and marketing materials.

- Provide practical assignments, projects and portfolio-building exercises.

- Guide students in developing professional and industry-ready portfolios.

- Conduct assessments, practical tests and project evaluations.

- Provide individual feedback and mentoring to improve students' design skills.

- Stay updated with current design trends, AI tools and industry practices.

- Maintain attendance, academic records, assignment reports and student performance reports.

- Support workshops, seminars, exhibitions and student activities.





- Coordinate with the academic and management team regarding batches, curriculum and student progress.

- Assist students with career guidance, interview preparation and freelance/project opportunities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Graphic Design fundamentals

- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign/CorelDRAW and Canva

- Positive understanding of branding, social media design and print design

- Strong creative and visual communication skills

- Good presentation and teaching skills

- Ability to handle students at beginner and advanced levels

- Portfolio demonstrating professional design work

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
