About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our pharmaceutical company. The candidate will be responsible for creating professional and visually appealing designs for pharmaceutical products, product labels, promotional materials, social media, digital campaigns, and internal/external communications.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Canva, with a positive understanding of branding, typography, layouts, and print-ready artwork.

Key Responsibilities

- Design pharmaceutical product labels, cartons, packaging materials, product inserts and promotional creatives.
- Create social media posts, flyers, posters, banners, brochures and digital creatives.
- Design marketing materials for pharma products and product launches.
- Prepare creative designs for Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
- Develop professional product presentations, promotional artwork and marketing collaterals.
- Create designs based on brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all communication materials.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Product Management and Sales teams to understand creative requirements.
- Make necessary modifications to artwork based on feedback from internal teams.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers/vendors whenever required.
- Ensure accuracy of product names, compositions, specifications, dimensions, artwork and other information in designs.
- Maintain and organize design files,



templates and creative assets.
- Support the team with event creatives, employee communication designs and corporate branding materials.
- Stay updated with current graphic design, social media and visual communication trends.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW.
- Good working knowledge of Canva.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design, typography, colour, layouts and visual composition.
- Experience in creating labels, posters, flyers, brochures and product creatives.
- Knowledge of print specifications, dimensions, resolution, CMYK/RGB and print-ready artwork.
- Good attention to detail, especially for pharmaceutical product information.
- Ability to manage multiple design requirements and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred
- Experience in Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / FMCG / Consumer Products industry.
- Experience with product packaging and label design.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop/InDesign will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of social media creative formats and digital marketing will be preferred.

Qualification
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia or a related field.
- Relevant experience and a strong design portfolio will be considered.

What We Are Looking For A creative professional who can independently handle day-to-day design requirements, understand pharmaceutical product communication, and convert concepts/briefs into clean, professional and impactful visual designs. Pay: ₹25.00 - ₹35.00 per month
