Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into visually appealing designs. The ideal candidate must possess strong artistic abilities, a passion for design, and expertise in various graphic design tools. This role demands someone who can balance creativity with a deep understanding of brand strategy to deliver designs that resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and Design: Create stunning visuals for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website elements, brochures, banners, presentations, and more.
- Brand Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute designs that align with brand guidelines and strategies.
- Innovate Creatively: Brainstorm unique concepts to support marketing campaigns and enhance user experiences.
- Multimedia Adaptability: Design for a variety of platforms, including web, mobile, and offline marketing collateral.
- Tool Proficiency: Efficiently use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.), Canva, and other industry-standard tools.
- Time Management:



Deliver projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with content writers, marketing strategists, and developers to ensure design consistency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills

- Creativity: A natural ability to think outside the box and create unique designs.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects), CorelDRAW, and Figma.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design (experience in a marketing or creative agency is a plus).
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across multiple platforms.
- Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory if the portfolio demonstrates exceptional skills).
- Attention to Detail: Strong aesthetic sense with an eye for layout, color, typography, and overall design integrity.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to articulate design ideas and collaborate in a team workplace.
- Adaptability: Quick learner, eager to stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
