About the Role

IRAA Digital Marketing is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, social media design, and visual communication, with the ability to create engaging and professional designs for different brands and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative designs for social media platforms, advertisements, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop social media posts, stories, banners, promotional creatives, and marketing materials.
- Work on branding projects including logos, brand guidelines, and visual identities.
- Design brochures, flyers, presentations, packaging, and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to understand creative requirements.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity across all designs.
- Stay updated with current design trends and social media formats.




- Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Knowledge of Figma or other design tools is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, and branding.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into high-quality designs.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.
