Department: Creative / Design About the Role We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer (Fresher / 0–1 Year) to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a valuable eye for design, typography, colors, layouts, and visual communication. You will work closely with the design and marketing teams to create engaging creatives for social media, digital marketing, branding, websites, and other business requirements.

Key Responsibilities ● Create creative designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. ● Design social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, posters, brochures, standees, handbills, and marketing creatives. ● Follow brand guidelines, including colors, typography, spacing, layouts, and visual consistency. ● Create multiple design versions based on feedback and requirements. ● Work with the video editor and marketing team to maintain consistent visual communication. ● Understand creative briefs and convert ideas into professional designs. ● Make design changes based on feedback from the senior designer/design lead. ● Maintain organized design files and follow proper naming and versioning standards. ● Stay updated with current design trends, layouts, typography, and social media creative styles.

Required Skills ● Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. ● Knowledge of Figma is an added advantage. ● Good understanding of:



○ Typography ○ Color theory ○ Layout & composition ○ Spacing & alignment ○ Visual hierarchy ○ Branding ● Good attention to detail. ● Ability to understand feedback and make revisions quickly. ● Willingness to learn and improve design skills. ● Basic knowledge of social media design formats and dimensions.

Preferred Skills ● Basic knowledge of video editing / motion graphics is an advantage. ● Basic understanding of UI/UX design is a plus. ● Experience with Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other creative tools is an added advantage. ● A positive understanding of AI-based creative/design tools is a plus.

Who Can Apply? ● Freshers with a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field. ● Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in graphic design. ● Candidates with a strong portfolio or college/personal design projects are encouraged to apply.
