We work across branding, social media, content creation, influencer marketing, performance marketing, and website development.

We are looking to build a network of talented freelance designers who can work with us on client projects and ongoing creative requirements.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Graphic Designer / Visual Designer with a strong eye for aesthetics and the ability to translate ideas, strategies, and brand identities into compelling visual communication.

You will work closely with our strategy and marketing teams to create high-quality creative assets for clients across different industries.

The ideal candidate is someone who can take a brief, understand the objective behind it, and independently develop a strong visual solution rather than simply executing instructions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, digital campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing channels.
- Develop engaging carousels, static posts, campaign creatives, stories, and promotional assets.
- Translate brand strategies and content ideas into visually compelling designs.
- Work within and develop brand identities, visual systems, and brand guidelines.
- Create moodboards, creative directions, layouts, and visual concepts.
- Design marketing presentations,



pitch decks, and other brand collateral when required.
- Adapt designs across different formats, platforms, and campaign requirements.
- Collaborate with the strategy, content, and marketing teams to understand the objective behind each creative.
- Take ownership of projects from brief to final delivery.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining design quality and creative intent.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colour, composition, imagery, and overall brand language.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating work across branding, social media, advertising, and digital design.
- Excellent understanding of typography, composition, hierarchy, spacing, colour, and visual storytelling.
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to work across different brand personalities and industries.
- Ability to interpret a brief and bring your own creative thinking to it.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines.
- Comfortable handling multiple projects or clients when required.

Tools Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.

Experience with Figma, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva,



or AI-assisted creative tools is a plus.

We care more about the quality of your work and design thinking than the number of tools you know.
