Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

Purpose of the Role:

The Mechanical Graduate Trainee will support the R&D; team in product development, engineering documentation, BOM management, CAPEX-related activities and improving products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support product development projects by coordinating with Design, Technical, Production, Procurement, and Costing teams.
- Assist in creation and maintenance of engineering documents, BOMs, and product-related master data.
- Participate in product improvement, cost optimization, and process enhancement initiatives.
- Support R&D; projects from concept to commercialization through effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Data analysis, and preparation of reports for decision-making.




- Monitor project timelines, maintain documentation, and ensure data accuracy and compliance with company processes.
- Work with vendors and suppliers for quotations, documentation, and follow-ups where required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Production, Procurement, Costing, and Technical functions.

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Key Competencies:

Analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and attention to detail.
