We are seeking an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Technical Virtual Assistant to support and maintain GHL systems for multiple digital businesses. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, including workflows, automations, pipelines, integrations, and website management. This role requires someone who can work independently, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement solutions efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Build, manage, and optimize GoHighLevel workflows and automations.
- Create and maintain pipelines, forms, and CRM processes.
- Troubleshoot workflow, integration, and system issues.
- Manage and update websites built within GoHighLevel.
- Ensure forms, automations, and integrations function correctly.
- Support CRM integrations and data flow management.
- Track tasks and document work using ClickUp.




- Test and validate changes before deployment.

Qualifications

- Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Strong knowledge of workflows, automations, and pipelines.
- Experience with GHL websites, forms, and integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with ClickUp and CRM integration tools is a plus.

Work Schedule

- 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Adaptable schedule (EST)

Pay Rate:

- $5 - $8 per hour.
