GODOWN IN-CHARGE

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day godown operations and maintain proper stock records.

- Receive, inspect, store and issue materials as per requirements.

- Maintain accurate inward/outward stock entries and ensure physical stock matches records.

- Update and maintain inventory records in Tally ERP.

- Prepare stock reports and monitor minimum/maximum stock levels.

- Coordinate with purchase, sales and service teams for material requirements.

- Ensure proper storage, identification and safety of materials.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and report discrepancies.

- Maintain proper documentation for all material movements.

Requirements:

- Minimum 01 years of experience in godown/store/inventory management.

- Must have working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel.

- Good knowledge of stock/inventory management.

- Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.

- Positive communication and coordination skills.
