Job Summary

This position has primary responsibility for design, implementation and maintenance of security-hardened Windows Desktop Endpoint devices that meet both HIPAA and PCI compliance requirements. Responsible for the upkeep and configuration of computer systems. Responsible for acquiring, installing, or upgrading computer components and software, providing routine automation, maintaining security policies, troubleshooting, training staff, and offering technical support for projects.

This position will also resolve tickets opened by onsite engineers and technical account teams for building, upgrading and maintaining client configurations and deployments.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and Microsoft Intune and GPO policies and configurations
- Create new configurations and edit or maintain and update within SCCM/MECM and Intune
- Manage device provisioning, enrollment, configuration, compliance policies, and software deployments
- Manage Windows Autopilot deployments and endpoint provisioning processes.
- Perform operating system deployments and configuration changes




- Implement endpoint security policies using GPO, Conditional Access, and Intune security baselines.
- Ensure devices meet organizational compliance and security standards.
- Support vulnerability remediation and endpoint hardening initiatives
- Collaborate and Support internal regional and local infrastructure teams
- Monitor endpoint health, performance, and availability
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint deployments and configurations
- Participate in on-call support rotations as needed

- Create and maintain technical documentation for the configuration implementations

- Join Meetings with global Teams for recent implementation requests
- Perform audits on existing deployments, policies and configuration

Required Qualifications

- Extensive experience with at least one of the following technologies: Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), Microsoft Intune/MDM
- Three (3) years of experience managing Operating System, Application Deployment, and Patch management using SCCM
- Four (3) plus years of systems administration experience in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
- Highly experienced with image creation/testing and deployment through SCCM/MECM, MDT or PXE environments.
- MCP preferred.
- Great experience of Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, GPO creation, Intune CSP, administration and troubleshooting
- Prefer experience of user/application/endpoint management, setup and scripting

Experience with Hyper-V and/or VMware or another virtualization environment
