Role & responsibilities

- Lead the overall car sales operations and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize market share and profitability.

- Manage, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.

- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion initiatives.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers, corporate clients, and channel partners.

- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

- Ensure effective showroom management and adherence to dealership standards.

- Collaborate with finance, insurance, marketing, and service teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for optimal stock planning.

- Prepare sales forecasts,



MIS reports, and business performance reviews.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate/Post Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- 1015 years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of passenger vehicle sales and dealership operations.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

- Customer-centric approach with strong business acumen.

- Experience in handling large sales teams and multi-channel sales operations will be preferred.
