General Manager Civil (Residential)
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall execution of residential construction projects.
- Plan and monitor civil works from excavation to finishing.
- Manage project timelines, quality, cost and safety.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and vendors.
- Supervise RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and standards.
- Manage contractors, site teams and manpower.
- Monitor project budgets, material consumption and productivity.
- Identify and resolve construction-related issues.
- Prepare MIS and progress reports for management.
