General Manager The Terminal & Runway | Marwah Tower, Mumbai

Marwah Tower is creating two premium destination businesses The Terminal, a culture, community, retail and experiences hub, and Runway, a premium convention and events venue overlooking Mumbai airport.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial General Manager to build and lead both businesses from pre-opening through full operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the commercial strategy, P&L;, revenue, pricing and business growth for both venues.
- Lead the complete pre-opening, launch and operational readiness programme.
- Build a strong corporate/B2B sales pipeline across events, conferences, launches, exhibitions, brand experiences and private events.
- Develop relationships with MNCs, corporates, event agencies, PCOs, institutions and premium clients.
- Build and lead teams across Sales, Events, Operations, Programming, Marketing and Guest Relations.
- Establish the venue's vendor, F&B;, AV, production and service ecosystem.
- Shape The Terminal's cultural/community programming and Runway's premium convention & events proposition.




- Work directly with the Promoters / Marwah Group on strategy, positioning and growth.
- Own the complete client and guest experience, safety, compliance and operational standards.

Ideal Candidate
- 3–10years of relevant experience in premium hospitality, convention/event venues, MICE, large-scale events, experiential destinations, luxury hospitality or related businesses.
- Strong pre-opening / recent-business launch experience preferred.
- Proven commercial, sales and P&L; ownership.
- Strong corporate relationships and business-development network.
- Entrepreneurial, commercially sharp and operationally rigorous.
- Experience building teams and working directly with promoters/owners.

Success A successful launch, strong pre-opening pipeline, high venue utilisation, growing revenue, repeat corporate business and establishing The Terminal & Runway as recognised Mumbai destinations. Reporting to: Promoters / Marwah Group
