Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end residential solar operations across Ahmedabad to Vapi, ensuring seamless coordination between all departments.

- Oversee Telecalling, Site Survey, Designing, Registration/Liaisoning, Purchase, Warehouse, Fitting & Installation, Quality and Customer Service functions.

- Convert monthly order forecasts into effective manpower, material, installation and operational capacity planning.

- Ensure timely execution of projects by controlling Survey → Design → Registration → Material → Installation → Commissioning → Net Metering/Subsidy TAT.

- Manage procurement, vendor development, inventory and logistics, ensuring material availability while controlling purchase and operational costs.

- Build adequate fitting and installation capacity, monitor team/contractor productivity, installation quality, safety and rework.

- Establish strong SOPs,



departmental KPIs, CRM/MIS dashboards and daily/weekly review mechanisms to identify bottlenecks and improve productivity.

- Drive registration, liaisoning, documentation, net-metering and subsidy processes, with strong control over pending and ageing cases.

- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality through effective complaint management, escalation control and after-sales processes.

- Build and develop solid Department Heads and second-line leadership, while owning regional operational efficiency, cost control and overall profitability.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
