- Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring smooth production planning, execution, and control.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality across all manufacturing processes.

- Manage a team of supervisors, engineers, and operators to achieve operational excellence.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to supply chain management, logistics, and procurement.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-20 years of experience in factory operations or manufacturing operations in the iron & steel industry.

- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.

- Proven track record of improving process efficiency by implementing new technologies or procedures.

- Oversee domestic and international dispatch operations.
