Proficiency

1. Well versed with AI industrial application, robotics, design PLC programming, ladder logic design and implementation, electronics equipment selection, installation, commissioning and maintenance.
2. Experience with Linen/Surgical bleaching & Linen yarn manufacturing process and sourcing the recent parts required for machine upkeep.
3. Proficient in establishing state-of-the-art electronics repair centers to reduce costs.
4. Proficient in implementation of SOPs for upkeep of electrical/electronic system health, ensuring electrical safety.
5. Well versed with energy efficiency, sustainability, compliance and audits.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure uninterrupted processes & machine operation, maintaining electrical safety.
2. Ensure uninterrupted electrical system for Boilers, effluent collection, treatment and reuse maintaining zero liquid discharge.
3. Process condition monitoring and upkeep of AHUs, cooling towers and chillers.
4. Coordinate within the engineering section i.e. captive power plant, electrical, electronics, mechanical, workshop,



instrumentation, civil, safety, environment and other departments like commercial, production, quality assurance, HR & IR, security, for smooth functioning of industry.
5. Monitor and control "MTBF, MTBA, MTTR and energy cost as per industry norms.
6. Undertake innovation, technical upgradation and small projects in coordination with the functional heads for improvement in various processes with focus on energy efficiency to improve productivity, quality and reduction in operating cost and minimize process downtime.
7. Plan & execute machinery installation, relocation of machines and ensure availability of critical spare parts.
8. Prepare the OPEX & CAPEX budgets and ensure their implementation.
9. Ensure compliance with statutory obligations of various laws related to pollution control board & boilers safety.
10. To review the functional and behavioral training needs of the team members.
