Job Summary

SmartBridge Educational Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated GenAI / AWS-certified candidates to join our team as GenAI Interns. This internship provides an opportunity to work with Generative AI while gaining practical industry exposure.

Key Requirements

Candidates with any of the following AWS certifications or badges are preferred:

- AWS Certified AI Practitioner
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
- AWS Certified Generative AI Leader

Preferred Skills

- Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Prompt Engineering
- Basic AI/ML concepts
- Python
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop a strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, tools, frameworks, and applications and assist learners in understanding and implementing them effectively.
- Support learners during GenAI projects, assignments, and hands-on activities, providing technical guidance under the supervision of a mentor.
- Work with technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and Generative AI applications.
- Actively participate in mentoring, training, knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and technical discussions.
- Work under the guidance of a dedicated mentor for continuous technical learning and improvement.
- Contribute to GenAI content development, including project documentation, learning materials, tutorials, technical guides, and practical exercises.

Innovation & Continuous Learning

- Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and AWS AI technologies.




- Explore and experiment with new GenAI tools, models, frameworks, APIs, and AI platforms.
- Research emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to apply them to practical projects and learner activities.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge through hands-on experimentation and self-learning.

Team Engagement & Soft Skills

- Actively participate in team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical and non-technical GenAI concepts clearly to learners.
- Collaborate effectively with mentors and team members on technical projects and training activities.
- Be open to travel, if required, for training programs, workshops, learner engagements, or other business requirements.

Qualifications

- Any Graduate, preferably 2025/2026 pass-out candidates.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant AWS certifications or badges will be preferred.

Key Expectations

- Take ownership of assigned GenAI projects and tasks and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain high-quality technical documentation and structured project submissions.
- Demonstrate a robust continuous-learning mindset and adaptability to emerging AI technologies.
- Contribute to both technical development and learner mentoring/support.
- Actively experiment with new GenAI tools and approaches and apply learnings to assigned projects.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
