We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant to design, develop, and support technical solutions across Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and support Oracle Fusion HCM integrations, reports, and interfaces.

- Hands-on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, SQL, HDL, Fast Formula, REST/SOAP APIs, and OIC.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Fusion HCM and third-party systems.

- Analyze requirements and provide scalable technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support.

- Work closely with functional consultants and business teams.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills:

- Robust experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical.

- Good knowledge of HCM modules, data structures, and business processes.

- Experience with OIC, HDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL, REST/SOAP Web Services.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.
